Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and AdvisorKin (“we”, “us”) for using AdvisorKin. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and use AdvisorKin for your work with clients.
• Keep access to your email safe. Anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your data stays yours

You own everything you put into AdvisorKin. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to enter your clients' details, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Suggestions, not advice

Analyses, communication styles, questions, focus areas and drafted messages are suggestions based on your notes. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not financial, legal or compliance advice. You are responsible for the advice you give and the messages you send, and for following your company's and your regulator's rules.

Fair use

Don't use AdvisorKin to:

• break the law, or store data you have no right to hold
• send spam or contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you
• try to access other accounts, overload the service, or copy it

We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in Singapore dollars, in advance, through Stripe.
• Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Plan and billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Monthly analyses reset each month and don't carry over. Top-up analyses never expire while your account is open.
• If you move to a plan with fewer clients, nothing is deleted. Extra clients are locked until you upgrade again.
• We may change prices or plan limits. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a change affects what you pay.
• Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Referral rewards

Every account has its own referral link and code, in Settings. When an advisor who signed up with yours starts a paid plan:

• They get 10 extra analyses.
• You get 10 extra analyses, if you are on a paid plan at that moment.

How it works:

• A paid plan starts when the first payment goes through, on their own plan or a team plan. Free trials don't count.
• Each advisor you refer earns a reward once. The code must be used when they create their account; it can't be added later.
• Rewards are top-up analyses. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or moved to another account.
• Share your link only with people who are happy to hear from you, and follow your company's rules on recommending outside services.
• Referring yourself or creating accounts to earn rewards doesn't count, and we may remove rewards gained that way.
• If the payment that started their plan is refunded in full or disputed, the reward is taken back from both of you. Analyses already used from it aren't charged for, but your balance won't go below zero.
• We may change or end the referral programme. Rewards already added to your account stay, except as above.

The service

We work hard to keep AdvisorKin running and your data safe, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything critical. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profit. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, or S$50 if you are on the Free plan.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using AdvisorKin and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we stop the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to download your data.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions: support@advisorkin.com.
