For financial advisors in Singapore
A CRM built for how advisors actually work
Most CRMs were built for sales teams: pipelines, deal stages and fields that say nothing about a client's family. Advisors need something different. You are not moving deals along a board. You are looking after a few hundred people for years, and what matters is remembering what each of them told you.
AdvisorKin is a client book for financial advisors in Singapore. You write a note after a meeting in your own words. It keeps the details that matter, reminds you before the dates arrive, and each morning tells you who to follow up and why.
What advisors need it to do
Notes that take seconds
Type what happened in plain words, on your phone, in the lift after the meeting. No forms, no dropdowns to fill in.
Dates you cannot afford to miss
Birthdays, policy anniversaries, premium due dates, maturity dates, a child starting P1 or NS. All kept with the client, not in a separate calendar.
Messages ready to send
Birthday wishes and follow-ups written for that client, in a tone that suits them. Copy, paste into your chat, send.
Preparation before a first meeting
Questions to ask a new prospect, ready the moment the appointment is booked, so you never run out of things to say.
How each client likes to be spoken to
Some want the bottom line, some want the numbers, some need time. AdvisorKin reads it from your notes and tells you how to pitch it.
Your clients stay yours
Your own account, kept separate from every other advisor. We never contact your clients, and you can download everything whenever you like.
How AdvisorKin works
- 1
Write the note
After each meeting, in your own words. A few lines is enough.
- 2
It picks out what matters
Dates, worries, family details and the next step you promised, pulled out and kept with the client.
- 3
You get a morning nudge
On the Today screen, and on Telegram if you connect it: who to reach out to today, and why.

Questions advisors ask
- Is there a free CRM for financial advisors in Singapore?
- AdvisorKin is free for up to 10 clients, with no card and no time limit. It includes notes, reminders, the Today screen and the morning digest on Telegram. Paid plans start at S$15 a month for up to 30 clients.
- Can I use it if my company already gives me a system?
- Yes. Company systems usually hold policies and paperwork. AdvisorKin holds the personal side: what the client told you, the dates that matter to them, and the follow-up you promised. Most advisors keep both.
- Will my clients get messages from AdvisorKin?
- No. Every reminder goes to you only. We never contact your clients. Messages are drafted for you to send yourself from your own phone.
- Can I bring my existing client list over?
- Yes, on the Starter and Pro plans you can import from Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV file, and download everything again whenever you like.
- Is my client data private?
- Each account is kept separate, and no other advisor can see your clients. Even on a team plan, the leader who pays the bill cannot see any advisor's clients or notes. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.
- Does it work for tied agents as well as independent advisors?
- Yes. AdvisorKin holds your client book and your follow-ups, not a particular insurer's products, so it works the same whether you are with an agency or an independent firm.
Know an advisor who'd find this useful?
Send it to them, or to your team chat. It's free, and they don't need to sign up to read it.
